with Capital HKD$100,000 and started for microwave turntable plastic
parts injection molding. |

Factory
relocated to Tsuen wan with production capacity doubled. |

Started
business with Japanese shaver manufactory (Izumi) and capacity
increased to 15 sets m/c. |

1990 |
Company name
changed to LTI Industrial Co., Ltd. with 1400 Sq meter Self-owned
factory floor. |

1992 |
Started
business with Korean Cordless Phone manufactory and established
silkscreen department with major for display lens printing. |

1994 |
Luen Tai
Plastic manufactory was set up in Bao An Shenzhen and injection
capacity increase to 36 sets. |

1996 |
All
production line move to Bao An and started business with Japanese
calculator manufactory (Casio). |

1998 |
Certificated
with ISO 9002 system and the injection capacity was increased to 52
sets m/c. |

2000 |
The second
factory Luen Fai Plastic manufactory was set up in Huang Tian with
totally 100 sets m/c injection capacity in China. Meantime, the
company established the painting department for most of the plastic
injection parts. |

Started to
use double injection molding machines and with totally 115 sets
machines injection capacity.. |

with ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:1999
Integrated Management System. |

Total factories floors increased to 16000 square
meters and with totally 160 sets of machines. |

Increased 450～650Ton
machine capacity in high gloss injection part for TV stand.

Luen Tai Plastic manufactory was move to Huang Tian Shenzhen and
change to Luen Fai Tai Plastic (Shen Zhen) Company Ltd. , Business
was extend both domestic and export trading. |

2 China Factory plants merged and changed name to LUEN FAI TAI Plastic (ShenZhen) Co.,LTD.with totally 135 sets of machines |

2016 |
The factory were relocated to FuYong and consolidated into one building with 13800 square meters |

Applied automation facilities which include robot molding, robot painting, multi color printing m/c and PLC aided fixture etc. to enhance production efficiency. |
